I don't want to rain on the parade but apart from being very vague all they are saying is that the time frame on the exisitng agreement with the Indians has been extended. Exactly what they just announcemed on the 20th of Feb in relation to Matmor.

From what I have read, ESI are yet to confirm, to the market at least, that the requirements of the original agreement have been met. ie securing sufficient coal resources etc...

I don't think we can automatically assume that we will now be exporting commercial quantities of cold dry to India in 2011 until all the original and varied conditions of the agreement have been met.

I think can assume however that the Indians are still interested in the technology and are prepared to give ESI more time to come up with the goods.
