Is the establishment of a new naval shipbuilding industry at ASC and stronger relationship with BAE and the Brits likely to demand more BIS products , armour plate and high strength steels?

Kind of puts ASC in the same function as Williamstown Naval Dockyard was 50 odd years ago- the wheel turns.
