I dont know what everyone is worried about. there will be no fire.. The earnings that centro will show are expeonantionally better many other stocks that are at higher share prices.

Having looked at its P/l statement of last year, centro had paid its interest fully to all banks of $189M. They have been able to pay before and they will always be able to pay it.

Centro last had showed its current liabilities on the balance sheet of 2007 at 1.09 Billion dollars. Nobody ever cared. May this is why the price dropped down from 10 to 6 and showed a downward trend.

The banks will refinance and there is no major problem. It is people going mad about nothing. Centro is normal and will be operating fine in few weeks. U watch and see.
