Uran will only participate at Rozna if Diamo wishes to engage a partner. If they do, Uran is their preferred partner according to the relevant Minister.
But that is only half of the story.
Before Diamo considers any partner they first need to drill below the current levels to ascertain if there is any uranim and whether the uranium is economically viable to be mined.
To my knowlege drilling has not commenced yet.
