Looks interesting. They have been very quiet for some time, and not announced ay big news since about 1st November with their last major contract win.
Their AGM CEO presentation outlines as their key focuses to be "accelerate shareholder wealth" & "make aquisitions to extend shareholder value", with what hey stated in an earlier annuncement "A $75m Acquisition Warchest".
Their trading halt mentions "The acquisition, once complete will have an immediate material positive impact on group profitability, earnings per share (on a fully diluted basis) and free cash flow."
So let's obviously positive - so lets hope it's substatially positive! Bring on the announcement!! :)
