I remember Melbourne when I was a child in the late fifties.
The fog was so thick in the morning we used to play hide and seek in it.
Many morning in winter the puddles had thick ice we used to break as we walked to school.
No heating in the class room.
The grass used to freeze over night.
Winter was terrible.
Too cold.
Living in Cairns now.
A warmer climate is so much better.
Embrace it, do not condemn it.
