Nothing to do with shares on issue, all about institutional investors who may have a mandate to only invest in shares above a certain price point - but they still have to want to invest.

Steve said he wants institutional investors, so in that respect, not an unimaginable turn of events, but if done, timing is crucial.

'Just doing it' as though it will somehow magically spur institutional investors never seems to end well.

There need to be institutions beating on OBJ's door who say they are only not currently invested because of their price mandate and if OBJ consolidates, they will buy with their ears pinned back.

It won't spontaneously happen just because of consolidation - consolidation should be a response to sincere, pent-up institutional demand. Let's operate on the basis of hard-headed business strategy, not 'magical thinking'.

If the BOD is considering it, or has any intention, or plan, to do it, it needs to only happen after we get substantial revenue flowing, confirmed high volume new products or another major distribution agreement outside of P&G, a rising shareprice and unambiguous expressions of institutional interest.

Otherwise, it just removes impediments or even creates an unconscious impetus to further capital raising, because 'hey, we don't have all that many shares on issue do we, so it's ok...'.

I would like to see the main preconditions above occur before any consolidation were to be seriously contemplated, let alone undertaken.
