For Christos and the others who think this is impossible:
- Why did the ASX release GSW from the Amazon trading halt if no such contract or MSA exists? It should have remained suspended.
- Why did PWC review and advise that they were in compliance with the listing rules, rather than force a retraction of the Amazon, NA Williams and Yum announcements?
- Why would NA Williams allow them to keep their logo prominently on their website?

As for keeping the information water tight, I would say that this whole episode has made their team a lot closer. They are fighting for life, their integrity is in question and they are banded together. Nothing unites people more than a crisis. On the Amazon side, I would say that only a few people high up in the organization know the full details, and that they are already very well compensated, I.e. they wouldn't risk losing a plum position on being found to leak the GSW link.
Also, if GSW tanks on the implementation side of things, ala Optus world cup, then the shares they insider trade are useless.

The MSA's exist but they are not a guarantee of anything and, obviously, haven't achieved monetisation yet.
