One where the small share holder's won was with CTP against MQG.
Board recommended the takeover, but the small holders went against them all.
AND WON.
Tried to sack the whole board after their win, no success there.
It's the same story with AGO ( everyone should follow their story).
The whole board recommended except a price of 0.39 cents.
Then another offer (different company) of .042 cents.
Recommended the second bid of .042 when that bid was BELOW the share price (.044 cents).
AGO needs to work their tenements as AJM do.
With AJM producing, selling, banking their profits, then they to could grow through acquisitions
of good companies in tight cash flow positions.
Companies that would welcome AJM as a joint partner.
