You hit the nail on the head there mate,
The shares you own (and paid good money for) are YOUR property, and the fund entrusted to hold your shares (having the reponsibility of trying to increase the value of those shares) have no authority to LEND those shares to anybody else WITHOUT YOUR permission. And if they do then by right they should compensate you for the fallen value (if any) for those sharesor even rward you with a fee.
But you know they do it any way beacuse they make money out of lending your shares - the holder gets a kick up the back side............MONEY TALKS
