    I agree Werley....I think the wheels really fell off when he announced in, words to the effect, that he was ok with the March '09 deadline. I thought these ATM companies at least held some aces, re implementing an early start, seems the RBA was on side. Why did he say they could ? Seems the banks had more clout than anticipated. And why hasn't he explained why he didn't ?
