The directors are the ones who bring the skills to the company that will enable the expansion to happen for the benefit of all shareholders. Their desire for a piece of the action should be accommodated with alacrity. This is not a stock for traders, short term shareholders, those without a medium to long term view, those who are incapable of analysing the big picture or those with a mean peasant-like spirit.
