I’d say it’s dead if ever alive.....just a spur to help off load the 10m options that were converted by insiders back in dec 2017 and the 11.2 shares that came out of escrow in late nov 2017. All up, some 20m+ shares in the hands that I guess, are on the way out......but who knows.....not mentioned on here....
