Also there are provisions within Item 8 Schedule 6 (d) that are yet to be released. I think through RG161 COW could include a provision that would allow for small holdings to be increased by up to $5,000 worth. But I dont believe they are compelled to offer it as an option.

If COW intends to use the regulatory guide they will need to supply a document to shareholders under RG161.17. This will include a section similar in wording to item 8 6 (d).

I tweeted Tawana Resources today and asked the questions I have outlined above. I will shoot them an email at some stage as well. At the very least it will be helpful for Tawana to know that there will be small COW shareholders who want to increase their COW holding and do not wish to have their unmarketable holding divested. If I get a response anyone will be able to see it on Twitter.
