    I'd say the details are still be sorted out/negotiated. May be back on mid tomorrow. I expect more positive news as to the context and plans going forward.

    I reakon they halted as the cat was out of the bag given the bids this morning and the fact that WA leaks like a siv and the price would have gone up more...
