In the ann on Tuesday Groves said directors had not voluntarily sold any shares. The v word is key and if they in fact had discretion over those sales then that was a false declaration, particularly since Kemp's sale took place before the profit result on Monday. The timing seems suss but seems incredible theyd make a false declaration that would be easily detected.
