I am glad I had mentally prepared myself a few months ago that this is how it was going to go. This has all happened with ASIC sitting in the background. I was honestly lost for words reading that announcement. I expect this sort of restructuring for a small Mum and dad fish and chip shop not and ASX listed company that supposed to have governance.
