Didn't we try to talk them to looking at ALB all that time ago, but then I departed ALB for JBM, now trying to get a few more toes into WSA but alas will leave you to ALB.
My apetite for the final stages of development in Africa is not what it was, esp with electricity not what it was.
Will keep in my periphery vision thou, as tenements look interesting to a non geo, and management have credibility and apear to be delivering with integrity (unlike the bearded clowns, who leave you with their suprise gambling and oppiefest bills).
