mwillie, if that is the case, what is Angus doing there. Is he bludging on the system and collecting his fees for doing nothing??.
I am a bean counter myself but, I wouldn't dream of collecting money from someone for nothing, just because I would be allowed to do it, lol.
There are times that ethics and morals must and should prevail my friend, but it appears that some of our directors lack considerably in both of these virtues.
