Parrot I am not a lawyer so how long it would take is unknown plus I do not have the evidence or the legal mind to sort - it does look like Luzon does owe the money to Republic from all accounts and if Luzon have little folding material then may be there is the potential for an out of court settlement that may include some tenements in Bolivia changing hands.
As we know Republic are reasonabley cashed up and they seem to have a very reputable legal team working for them who would handle most of the legal work and there is still plenty of cash or Republic to further there drilling program in NSW and FNQ.
I would suggest that timing wise is as good as any and this legal move should not hinder any of the developmental work on any existing project that RAU wants to undertake
