Surfer2 I have very great doubts that Luzon has any rights to Lipichi now quite frankly.
They had an option with the owner to get 70% and then increase to 100%. That option was extende to January sometime 2008 (forget at the moment if it was early Jan or late Jan)
As far as I am aware Luzon could not deliver the money and meet the conditions. Unless there was some further last minute arrangement I think Luzon had to give up on Lipichi as well as its earlier option on Amayapampa.
Need to check Canadian records to see if there is anything more since January on this issue.
Maybe it is a way of getting the money and then getting Luzon out of the picture completely. A simple bit of business - the harsh reality of business.
