Agree...everyone knows how bureacracies work...especially in some '3rd world' countries....so nithing new... however, l thought VRC Management, being from a Western nation, may have enacted their submissions in a prompt and timely manner as per Announcements ...and not caught the 'African Flu' for time-line efficiency this year...and a bit...month/s overdue submissions have been extremely time-costly in the context of this Co's Approvals, now exasperated by the local processes...afterall these lengthy processes can't start until subissions are actually submitted.
