As a guide, APP Securities (as at 30/4/18) has a valuation range of US$383m to US$548m, ignoring the low case.
At current FX of ~ 0.74 that translates to a range of A$518m (30cps diluted) to A$741m (44cps diluted).
A takeover in that range would be prospective. Undoubtedly, IMC would have more to say about that.
