    bank failures.. pretty amazing to hear a fed chairman seeming to accept that they will happen... cam the fate of small banks be different from the fates of large banks? we know how burnie discounted the possibility of subprime contagion in the past.. is he doing the same with small bank failures? Citi is probably the most vulnerable of the biggies...
