as you kknow - e&p trades on PV10 at fwd curve ........plus or minus exploration upside (depending upon mr markets "mood") , plus undeveloped resources (in this case phase 2 and/or 3 of SNE), plus "optionality" over future commodity prices .......minus debt, minus 3 times corp costs ....
