...so you wouldn't have noticed dsorg's post where it was noted that being "behind schedule" is not quite accurate and as simplistic as some make out, because the S2 ponds are well underway, which was not due to commence prior to S1 production as per the original and often quoted schedule.

This commencement of the S2 ponds was fast tracked, without doubt due to absolute confidence that the pilot plant would be successful. I've worked on much simpler projects with much more significant and surprising delays and issues.. I'm not at all surprised that there are things to work through to produce BG LCE... When was the last time anyone did that at any reasonable scale from a new salar..?

This will be a huge achievement and no doubt requires some huge effort and comes with hurdles and challenges.

I've been here about 2 years now. If pay day comes after 4 years, or 4 years + 6 months, it makes no difference.

The only critical thing is that we successfully transition from developer to producer to significant producer, and start to realise significant earnings as a producer.
Everything still points to that being possible and indeed likely. Until I have some facts that tell me otherwise, I remain bullish. Things taking weeks or even months longer than anticipated is not sufficient evidence that the ultimate likelihood of success is significantly diminished imo.

Correlation of things taking time to get right with ultimately bad news or failure to produce is a creation in peoples' minds only.
Unnecessary worry imo. We wait for facts and save the guesswork for games with the kids.

...waiting patiently for the next set of facts to emerge, and not being swayed by the guesswork and unfounded speculation!
