MAY bewilds me why wouldn't this announcement be included in yesterdays operational update? All it is paperwork with no commitment of further advancement. Come on management lets stick to getting Cuba permit finalized. How about a time frame on this most important issue at hand. Theres no dual listing if the permit is not finalized.
