My 2c is VAL SP will go up vertical over next year or two. Charts look like the first target of USD 20 for silver is not too far off time wise , lets see how it goes.
But one thing is sure, VAL is going to be one hell of a stock to hold in the copper & silver bull market.
I have written about VAL earlier also, but do not do it often to avoid upramper tag.
