He is basically contradicting his own post when you read his previous ones. Maybe it is he who is getting paid to talk rubbish and try to scare retail investors on stock forums. Unlucky for him is that no one really cares what he thinks because you cannot argue the facts and these are already well documented on the value of KRC and the success ahead.
