I'm surprised the company hasn't given any detail around the $97M of 'Ramp-up Capital' and only some on the 116M (previously $95M) Pre-Production Capital (page 30 Owner's infrastructure capital costs where I assume the delta is to do with the new power station). Obvious questions of when is this to be spent and how is this to be funded come to mind (I called the company today but the promise of a return call failed to materialise).
Any thoughts on this ? Has the Citi report covered this at all ?
