I think prey want to see some runs on the board...
it always seems strange to me that takeovers dont occur till price actually starts moving upwards quite a bit and then they pounce....
several years ago when oxr bought minataur , their share prices were similar tracking around 1.10, minataurs price shot to 2.15 and bingo take over announcement....
maybe it was ox bidding up the price ...i dont know...
