Any Co with all associated Regulatory approvals such as RAP and Environmental Impact Report will be in the queue for ML approval if they have applied...l dont know who they and not interested....we do know there were about 7000 ML applications tho.
atm VRC are not even in that queue because of tardy EIR submission timing....and who knows what may come out of field research during this EIR process...seems these approvals are not just 'rubber-stamped' anymore...so this could go on for a while yet!....meanwhile, the rest of the world's junior graphite plays are progressing and looking for markets and finance etc, and visa-versa. This leaves tardy VRC suseptible to these 'rising' market forces, including 'local investors' bonds raisings imo...l mean, do you think these guys have $40mill cash stuffed under a bed waiting for VRC to get their approvals?...time means money to them also...going by Co's Anns, these'investors' would have been expecting to tip-in $40 mill 8-12 weeks from early/mid Dec...we are now almost 7 months (30 weeks) on from that Ann. Do you think that $40 mill is still 'under the bed'?
