"passed right to chm" ? really?
all they have done is passed the obligations to chm to pay for everything incl all legal costs of the successful respondents.
so they generously give chm shareholders 80% of their proposed benefit. ha ha don't make me laugh. all chm got was expensive obligations with no benefit at the end.
