    CRT have a decisive edge over other players in this market......they make money. Dividends are good, although the SP is low. Problem is that they don't have anything other than North Stradbroke Island. This market will consolidate shortly. Those that don't currently make money will be left with no choice but to seek the comfort of those that do.
