I would say the focus is still on coming to an agreement in Portugal
One other thing discussed was that Luso had entered into other agreements since the demise of its relations with NLI. However and most importantly, these agreements hinged on the conflict between NLI and Luso being settled. This adds up to a stale mate situation.
Let us keep in mind that the prize at the end of this must be considerable given the effort around it ie the resource must be worth fighting for.
As it stands, nobody can move until the two main players- Luso and NLI- settle on an agreement.
For me, this is where the interest and potential value lies as a holder. That and the $17m in the bank...
