I think you're in the first blush.
There are risks. Iggy has tried to mitigate them.
Any plant start up is a risk. I was there when galaxy effectively bought the farm. So too with Lynas' startup in Malaysia (not Johor) and there was corruption/ political interference (whether it goes back to Najib I'm uncertain).
(I'm looking out for your grandma).

I'll do my bit to flag any corporate history on ATC I can for you. Along with longtimers like 42trader.

As for taking a rest I'm more than comfortable with that. It'll take a while to get the plant built and the price achievable for 4N HPA is the main variable.
