Certainly wasn't meant to be condescending to the board. And apologies if it was taken that way.
As far as your other comments.
* We all know shares go down after a dry hole. It is a risky business. No amount of 3D or any other science will create a sure thing.
* I left the board of BPH. I don't agree with any of the litigation, on either side. But it needs to be solved with negotiation not lawyers.
* You say I've made 'no genuine contribution' then say that 'I am a big part of the company's problems', which is it?

Given your recent connection with BPH, how will you approach the litigation between the two companies? It seems only fair that you disclose whether you still have any shares in BPH or when you ceased to be a BPH shareholder, if us shareholders are meant to believe your claim that you will act in our best interests.
BTW just checked BPH's share price: $0.001 and worth $900,000. Dios mío, it is good you deserted that sinking ship. - There are more pages in this discussion • 39 more messages in this thread...
