Not sure when shortfall applications had to be submitted and close. Does anyone know?
Shortfall applications forms were only available on request. It would be retail luck the Pular results will be available before the shortfall close that is if the close was not the same ie, 2/7/18.
Iraway has a very valid point. Directors can place under the shortfall offer within 3 months after the close of the shortfall offer. Pular will be known well before then.
As at 25th May PNN had $433,543 cash and equivalents. The raise will bring in more than $300k after expenses. So they will be on a shoe string until more funds can be raised.
Would not think Pular results would be more than 4 weeks away - surely!!!!
