Goldensnapper,
I think it depends on the size of the resouce that CDU has. CDU may have had good drilling samples but if it is only a short (say 5 year) mine life, and there are complexilites in extraction or milling and the volume of copper per year is small, then it fails on all the criteria of aquisition that ZFX has publicaly set itself. (I have not reseached CDU well enough to answer my own questions) ZFX has indicated they want a copper mine of a minimum 100,000t of Cu per annum. EQN fits that bill, and there are not many other Cu companies in the world now that meets the critria. EQN though now has a blocker on its register that could cause too much pain for ZFX to live with.
