It is relatively common to do this in the tech industry - don't ask me why. I guess it looks nice on a graph and allows them to update the market with some good news.
Apart for the continued exponential growth the really good news in this announcement is the expansion into non-English markets is going well. This is going to be the next rocket for the market to ignore from JAY.
