The sad thing about these articles is this is the third I have read from the same author, Mr West from the age. Again there is a link between BNB with other failed finance companies. There is no mention that BNB and alco,centro operate in 2 completely different sectors. Its true they finance their assets to earn management fees but the underlying assets are completely different. A more equivalent comparative can be drawn by other retail sector managers like westfield, but again the CEO of Westfield(inside business ABC) has made the point that their assets are prime shopping centres, not the second tier shoppings centres alco and centro have.
The share price can go lower but at these prices they represent bargins in a year or two time.
