People want quality coverage Service
not type online wait for a response but wait Internet is down=stuff that I want to talk to someone. Oops no call centres.
Going elsewhere.
My controversial opinion - customer service is overrated. If the service works, I don't have any need to contact a provider. I've signed up to TPG mobile and internet plans, ported numbers, cancelled plans and been a customer for years. I don't think I've ever had to do anything more than fill a few online forms. I pay a budget price, so only expect a budget service.
For the 0.1% of customers who have a problem, they might have a bad experience, but it's not important in the scheme of things.
