The announcement was picked up by a range of media on west and east coast. However, the only ADR movement has once again been arbitrage. I don't know how they intend getting US investors into the secondary market. My concern is that investors will wait for the next discounted private placement rather than play in the secondary market or perhaps it is a problem with timing - making announcements when the market is heading south. I am still a holder and if I had extra funds would be a buyer.
