When I started out buying stock one resource IPO was listed at 20c and an Analyst report valued the stock at $3.60 based on the value of the resource the company was hoping to bring to mine stage. Suffice to say 8 years later the stock is under 1c, there are over a billion shares on issue and not a shovel has hit the dirt covering the resource. Analyst reports are like love letters, most are not reflective of long term reality.
