Yes i think the JORC will come out early 2009 at the absolute earliest....even that would be pushing it.

People must understand that NSL are spending up to 400,000 to gain 25%......they have now gone unconditional on this scenario.....however they are sending in a geo team to make sure the indications are that 200mt at 60% fe or more is plausable.

From there they still have to...

secure the property
Ground surveys
mining permits
drilling campaign
raise funds
etc etc etc etc etc etc etc


JORC compliant resource.....a long way off.
