Maybe so, maybe not. One journos opinion and conclusion after reading the sentence same as you or me. Not from the GOT directly. In fact they have released clarifications before regarding false conclusions. The heading is actually true, but doesn’t say anything about non metallic concentrates. Quite misleading to assume they are not included. The GOT needs to say they are exempt specifically. We will see shortly with exporting licences however why then has bkt stopped? Surely their product can be construed to be concentrate ? Simple floatation will not require much.?? Are they doing that? Interesting.
Imagine other companies can export graphite concentrates above a certain % Mns can do it cheaper as the 16% only applies to ore in UNX plus is exempt from all the ramifications via the sez.
Thing is there is more certainty, less sovereign risk with a sez. Priority with mining licence (im sure). Less of a gamble. Stack your odds people. Others may export before mns, but some may decide to USE mns’s sez if they can’t get their own. Plenty hopefuls out there. Makes economic sense.
