Everything needs to be done in accordance to the law. So, if Lynas has not done anything wrong, there is nothing to be afraid of. Rio Tinto has its Stern Hu thingy 9 years ago, is rio tinto still operating? BHP has its Samarco incident, is BHP still around? If there's any findings and recommendations, it may be good for the company to improve its social responsibility. They have tried to dig out dirt over many years, did they publish anything that's incriminating to Lynas? Can't imagine they can do so now..
