Here's what i think for what it's worth.

FDL stand to gain 14 million from the placement today.
If the options close in the money which means the heads will need to be above 0.10c, FDL will drag in an extra $32 million based on 380 million options on issue.

FDL will be providing drill results thick and fast between now and Sep 08 to ensure the 32 million comes in.
If they don't get the 32 million the company can't develope anything.

My guess is they will drill the bordering area right next door to where FMG is and announce the results. I have no doubts this will fly in that alone............HERE`S WHAT I THINK, THEY CAN DRILL AS MUCH AS THEY LIKE but what about the labs? they are flat out, so don`t expect results until ????? hope your options can wait...I recon you won`t get results back from labs by SEPT...
