Missing the point boys, IGV only applies to explorers, once you become a producer you get rated on the cash-flow that you pull out the ground.
Given history of last 12 months the market has no confidence that management can extract anything from the ground at a profit.
Don't want to be a doom-sayer but who here is totally convinced the oxide plant will be running on time, to capacity without any issues by middle of year.
If you are not totally convinced then you have the answer why the share price is doing what it is doing. Nobody else is convinced either.
And if there are problems extracting ore profitably from oxides then what chance from sulphides which is a lot more complex
