As an explorer, FAR has been on my radar, and It's been on my watchlist for the last 6 months or so and I had a few questions. Hopefully someone that has been looking into the company can answer some of these qu's - Apologies if some questions are off the mark or obvious, as I am relatively naive in regards to oil and gas companies.
Simple points from the investor Preso's:
- There is a break even oil price of US$35/bbl
- CAPEX is estimated at US$2b
- IRR is 34% at $60/bbl
I assume the 2b CAPEX is for SNE. Does Gambia have a CAPEX estimate if exploration is successful?
Is there a plan for financing the CAPEX? ie equity/debt?
at 100,000 barrels per day (peak) - how long will the SNE reserve last?
I gather Gambia is 100% owned by FAR. I'm confused about all the SNE related farm-in / farm-out scenarios with petronas, BP etc, can someone clear this up?
